If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is in new and resalable condition.

Request Authorization
Log into your DJI account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through the Support center.

Pack Your Product
Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.

Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
